IM Impact Live Website Clinic

Today, I have a pretty special invitation for you.

This coming Saturday, I’m going to do a live webinar unlike any I’ve ever tried before. You’ll get a unique chance to get help with creating better websites, getting more traffic, getting better conversion rates and more.

Watch the video below to see what the webinar will be about.

What it’s All About

On this coming Saturday (May 5, 2012), we will do a live website clinic on a webinar. You can submit your site and if it gets picked, we’ll take a live look at it on the webinar and discuss ways to improve the site and make it more profitable.

I will give you advice on what I would do with the site, if it were mine. This way, you get a chance to tap into all the experience and advice I can offer, without having to pay for expensive one-on-one coaching (sidenote: I don’t do any one-on-one coaching). Advice will include everything and anything I can tell you about how to improve SEO factors on your site, how to get more traffic, creating a better design, creating better site structure and navigation, improving your branding, improving user engagement and even improving the entire business model of your site.

How to Submit Your Site

If you have a website you’d like to see reviewed, you can submit it in the comments below. It’s important that it’s a site that you are willing and able to invest a few hours into improving, so that you can actually implement the advice you get, should your site get picked for the webinar.

To submit your site, simply do the following:

  1. Leave a comment below and clearly state that you would like your site included on the webinar.
  2. Enter the address of your site in the comment URL field.

That’s all.

I will try to cover five sites on the webinar. Of course, even if your site does not get picked, you can still benefit from attending the webinar and applying the same improvement tips we give for someone else’s site, to your own.

The webinar is over and done and you can now find the replay of it here.

Hi Shane, I would love to have my site reviewed in the webinar. I’m very much looking forward to Saturday! Thanks much.

Hazel - May 1, 2012

Hi, I would like my website to be reviewed too. Thanks!

Artur - May 1, 2012

Is there a risk to sharing a site?

    Shane - May 1, 2012

    Hello Artur,

You tell me… is there a potential risk you have in mind? The only potential problem I could imagine is if someone shares a site that’s in an insanely profitable micro-mini-niche, that no one else has ever heard about and then people “steal” the niche.

Teresa - May 1, 2012

I would like my site reviewed.

It is a site I’m constantly working on and tweaking with changes to design and new content added on a regular basis, so I’m willing to put in time and money to implement changes.

Toki Tover - May 1, 2012

Hi Shane,

I would like my site reviewed. It was ranking in the top 3 but then G changed and now I think its at 13 now for my main kw. I would love some good advice to help monetize it more. Or if its even worth it to do so!

Chris Alexander - May 1, 2012

Hello Shane,

Would very much like you to critique my site. This site is new and the traffic is fairly small at this point so it would be awesome if you could review it and give me suggestions so I can turn those criticisms into changes for the better

Matt - May 1, 2012

Hey Shane,

What time is the webinar on Saturday?

Very interested in this subject–thanks for the opportunity to attend!

Griz - May 1, 2012

Yes please Shane. It’s my wife’s site and we’ve love your professional opinion.

Akbar Sheikh - May 1, 2012

Hi Shane,
Excellent opportunity for us to learn the right steps towards building a website. I would love the opportunity of my website being reviewed by you

Neil - May 1, 2012

Hi Shane – you are more than welcome to use my site, which is targeted towards potential business clients. So for example, it’s not an affiliate type site and has zero AdSense or products etc… The site is about 1 year and I’ve only started working on it again recently tried a ‘Viral Marketing Examples’ page as well as some recent curated content posts. My next experiment for the site will be to add a “Quiz” page using this really cool new software I bought very recently :-) I’m not certain if I’ll time to get the quiz ready before Saturday though.

James - May 1, 2012

Shane, I’d love to have my site reviewed. I’m trying to make it as high quality as possible by writing all the content myself and doing a lot of research.

Bob - May 1, 2012

Hi Shane,

Pick Me… Pick Me… Pick Me!

I’m old and need help… lol.

“Thank You”

Peter Gray - May 1, 2012

This is about two years old and I haven’t done anything with it in that time, but now I want to improve it.

The market is huge in that there is a great demand for people to stop smoking, but so many of them don’t know how. And there are also great fears to address. ‘Will I get fat?’ is the main one.

Offers include books, Cliccibank stuff of various quality, fun and games with hypnotists, and e-cigs (which I am doubtful about).

If you do choose this as one of the sites, please let me know the time of the webinar in good time ‘cos I got things to arrange.

PS SECockpit is fantabulous.

Michel - May 1, 2012

Hi Shane
Would be nice to see my site reviewed. The first page in the field is the sales page, the second is the freebie-site to build the list.

John - May 1, 2012

Hi Shane,

It would be awesome to have my site critiqued, I have got good traffic which hovers around 1500 – 2000 unique per day but I can’t seem to monetise it in any way, most of the traffic goes to 3 or 4 articles,

Kevin Ryan - May 1, 2012

I’d like you to review my site on the webinar and I promise to implement your suggestions and report back the effect of the changes. I think this is a great idea for a webinar!.

Graham - May 1, 2012

Am I willing to pour petrol over myself and my website, and and have you stand by with your virtual match for the entertainment of the crowd. Hell ya!

Looking forward to your counselling WSO when you’re through. :)

Jolenta Averill - May 1, 2012

Hi Shane,

It would be such an honor to have my site reviewed by you! Actually, REW sites are considered the best real estate website available on the market so it may not have much wrong with it (haha, I’m sure there is a ton of room for improvement!) so I would be really impressed if you were up for the challenge. ;)

Koray - May 1, 2012

Yes sir! Please count me in for the website selection. Thanks!

Rick Burnett - May 1, 2012

Pick me! Pick me!

Heck yes I would love to get some guidance from you Shane…

Alex - May 1, 2012

Hi Shane

I have a really terrible website which has twice been smacked hard by Google. It’s not a question of too much backlinking – I’ve done hardly any. The problems are on-site, I believe. I am hoping that a fresh pair of eyes will help me to radically improve it. Your criticism would be welcomed.

Here is the url: http://www.vitamind3-cholecalciferol.com

Kind regards

Alex St Clair

Andrew - May 1, 2012

Hi Shane,

Awesome looking forward to this and i am truly at a stand still. I keep going back and fourth between my two website and not sure what to really focus on. I have two niches i truly love fitness and marketing. I would like my fitness website reviewed because i could get some info on how to make a fitness version of IM IMpact

Bernard - May 1, 2012

Would you record the webinar ?
I am in the south of Europe and not sure to attend at the US hours !
Thanks to confirm if you do it

David - May 1, 2012

Hi Shane – I’d like to put my site forward. I was happy with the way it was going until last week when the rankings suddenly dropped and traffic went down to about 50 per day. Last week 55% of visitors clicked the affiliate links so the visitors must like it even if Google doesn’t.

Sandra - May 1, 2012

Brilliant, thanks for this opportunity, Shane. The webinar is guaranteed to be highly entertaining and educational.

I need an excuse not to have to go to the in-laws dinner party!!!

That aside my site would be really easy to review for you and everyone would learn an insane amount just by watching, blablabla ;-)

PS: What time is it going to be held?

Warren - May 1, 2012

As a long-time follower of your techniques it would be a distinct honor to have you review my website which is a multi-product B to B site. It has suffered a slight loss in ranking for our secondary keyword but the primary keyword has disappeared off of the rankings.

Good luck on your webinar

Paul - May 1, 2012

Looking forward to the webinar – sounds great fun -love you to use our site though we are a service industry so completely different to your IM or monetized niche sites.Even though left of field perhaps to the rest of your subscribers, always read your enjoy your sunday updates & newsletters.Cheers Paul

Adam - May 1, 2012

Hi Shane,

Here’s one of my websites that I would really appreciate some help with. It’s for one of my own products and is a small site, not huge amounts of content. Struggling for ideas on how I can attract more traffic and get better conversions.

So please PICK ME :)

Looking forward to the webinar.

Graham Nichols - May 1, 2012

From the reponses thus far, looking like Shane has struck gold, yet again, with this webinar topic.

Really excited to see this now. It’s gonna be EPIC!

Howard - May 1, 2012

I would love to have my site critiqued! It’s a brand-new blog site on diet and health. It’s a crowded niche, but very popular. My sub-niche is a focus on nutritional research, including the experiments that I have done on myself and what I have learned from those n=1 experiments. And why I consider those n=1 experiments to have more validity than what passes for “science” in mainstream nutrition “research.”

It’s only been live for a week, and I’m already seeing 20-30 visitors per day, which I think is pretty good, considering that I have not been doing much by way of backlinking or promotion. That’s something I plan to start next week.

I’m looking forward to the webinar regardless of whether my website is chosen. It’s going to be a challenge for me to attend, both technical (I’m going to have to rig up my car for reception) and marital (I’m going to have to persuade my wife to drive during the seminar while I watch and take notes). We will be on the road all day on Saturday.

Tom - May 1, 2012

I would love you to review my site, it will allow me to stop wearing that colander on my head that prevents the electromagnetic waves from penetrating my cranium as I sit in front of the screen…you could save my life!

Alan - May 2, 2012

Hi Shane,

Good stuff – can’t wait for the webinar.

I’m in for a site review! It’s been a (hard) labour of love for the past year and is ranking quite well, but not very profitable.

looking forward to this!

James - May 2, 2012

I would like to have you review my website.

Sadie Williams - May 2, 2012

I recently flipped one of my websites for $6k on Flippa and this website was being treated like a stepchild so I took some of the profits from that website and beefed this one up a bit. It’s definitely a work in progress.

I’m having a quiz being created for it and will be employing your newly released plugin plus I will also be building a subscriber list soon.

Steve - May 2, 2012

I would like to have you review my website.

Loloy - May 2, 2012

Hi Shane,

I look forward to the webinar – I’ve no doubts it will be filled to the brim with value.

I hope my site qualifies for your expert review. Thanks a lot!

avin - May 2, 2012

i will like to have my site reviewed

Alexander Umanets - May 2, 2012

Hi Shane,

I have a 2 year old PR3 site to use in your webinar for review.
This site is not an amazon, affiliate or micro-niche site but it is really nothing special, just a online newspaper site.

All the best,

Olivia - May 2, 2012

Count me in as a candidate for having a website critiqued. I really think this has some potential, but so far, I haven’t been able to make it happen.

Looking forward to the seminar.

Kevin W. - May 2, 2012

I’m all for improvement.

Maybe u should have a contest call it “Website Idol.”

You can be Simon Cowell. Mwhaa.

Alice - May 2, 2012

Dear Shane,

that would be awesome, You don’t know how much that would help me. I am your follower and trying to learn as much as possible. http://www.artbooksguide.com is my first site and a guess there is still room to improve, and lots more to learn. I am a stay at home mother, and I am trying to learn a new way to support my family. I would appreciate your help a lot. Thanks for the chance.
Warm regards.

Artur - May 2, 2012

I would like this site to be considered for inclusion in the webinar. Thanks

Ferhat - May 2, 2012

Hey Shane,

this is an genius idea! I’m very anxious about the webinar :). I would love to get some ideas, how you would change the design, structure a.s.o. of my website. My Website was still performing well until feb. ’12, but in the last two month, the sales was very badly…

The problem is, my Website is in german language, so i think its not possible to get picked, right!?!? (idea: Translation Tool)

Cade - May 2, 2012

Great idea Shane,
There’s no better way to learn than a practical application exercise. I’m looking forward to the webinar.

I would like to nominate my Ecommerce store “SportStrap”, which also has a blog on the side with “how to” info for our customers.

I would love to have your input, with ways to build and increase the business.

Bartosz G - May 2, 2012

Hello Shane,

I would really like to get some criticism about our news website for UEFA Euro 2012. Just click my name to get to it. We work on that like crazy and there is just a little time (30 days) before UEFA championship begins.

Your help would be super appreciated and i promise that we are gonna do what you are gonna suggest!

Forgot to mention – website is not in English, but its mostly sports news, time tables for matches etc so its quite simple and easy to understand whats what :)

Xavier - May 2, 2012

Hi Shane,

I would like my site reviewed. I’ve modeled my site against a very successful site in another niche, so it’ll be interesting to see what your suggestions on how to improve my site.

Jillian P - May 2, 2012

Wow, there are some great sites being offered for review!
But if you want a really sad one try ours ;-)

John did put a lot of effort into it originally, and it has been upto 200 visits a day, but never made any money, CB products, adsense, nada!
Now it seems to have dropped in rankings as well so we would love to know how to try and improve it, or even if it’s not worth trying to resurrect it?

Looking forward to Saturday anyway :-D

DavidPaul Doyle - May 3, 2012

Awesome idea. Thank you. I would like my site to be included. Thank you so very much!

Looking forward to it,

Henning - May 3, 2012

Hola Shane

I would like you to have a look at my site.

Looking forward to Saturday!

Graham - May 3, 2012

Has the webinar link been sent out yet?

My inbox has been hammered today and I’m not sure if I’ve missed it or not.

Graham - May 6, 2012

Well, that turned out to be another excellent webinar Shane and Paul.

Thanks for taking the time to create it.

The intial technical glitch paled into insignificance one the ship was on its voyage.

Top job chaps! More power to you.

BartoszG - May 6, 2012

Will there be a recording of the webinar posted soon (or is it already posted on your blog somewhere)?

I had some technical problems and dont know why I couldnt join the webinar and Im dying to see it ;)

    Shane - May 6, 2012

That was us having technical issues, I’m afraid. The webinar started late, because my computer crashed, when we first tried.
I’ll send out the replay today, though.

Koray - December 15, 2013

Hi Shane,

Is there a replay for this webinar so that we can watch it.
